Hi Everyone,
I had the pleasure of photographing the talented staff at Evolution Salon in Exton the other day.  They are celebrating their 10 year anniversary and wanted some new photos of the whole gang.  Kelley was worried about shooting in the salon but their reaction was 'WOW' (as usual...;-).  I love these too, you get a great feel of the room but the personalities come through and are first and foremost.  Thanks Kelley & Patti!

Hi Everyone,
I photographed at Synergy Hospitality last week.  Originally we had talked about traditional portraits on a gray background but ended up with photos like these.  They are so much better and fit their company very well. Hi Everyone,
I had the pleasure of photographing Kathryn & Charles yesterday.  We tried some new things as well as my tried and true cherished photographs.  The light was just perfect & the sun was in and out to allow me to vary the look of each photograph.  The photo of them in the field is my favorite.  I love the warm "sweet light" as photographer's call it that make this photo just wonderful.  The stalks also frame their faces quite well...although it took quite a few to get a winner since the wind was not working in my favor.  Hit the read link to see more photos from today & please stop back!

Jared & I photographed a wedding at the William Penn Inn recently.  It was a rainy day (as many have been this fall) so we concentrated on the georgeous photo opportunities inside of the Inn.  I created the image of the bride looking out the window with only available light, half the battle was seeing the light!  Posing made a big difference as you can see.  What a great event!  Hit the read link to see more photos from the Wedding Photography & please stop back!

Our final week of Portrait Photography class was a really fun time.  We concentrated on seeing the light in downtown West Chester.  Light is such an important part of making beautiful photographs of people and children so being able to "see" it is paramount.  The next four weeks of class will concentrate on location portrait lighting and techniques.  It will be quite technical...I hope you all are ready!  Hit the read link to see more photos from today & please stop back!
